By placing an order on this web site, you indicate that you have read and agree to the following Return Policy and our Terms & Conditions
You can cancel your order for any item in backorder status.
Orders for products that are in stock will be processed immediately and cannot be cancelled.
If product arrives with damage that is visible or likely to have affected the contents of the boxes, the preferred method of handling it is to refuse delivery of the shipment due to damage by the carrier. The carrier will be responsible for returning it to The Dance Teacher Store. The Client must note the reason for refusal on the carrier’s ‘attempted delivery’ record.
Shipping and Handling charges on all returns will be paid by the purchaser.
All claims for shortages, damages, defects, price discrepancies, or incorrect merchandise must be reported within 72 hours of receipt of goods. Claims will not be accepted after this time. Return the entire product for store credit after return authorization is received. Shipping charges will not be refunded.
Returns must contain all original materials.
For your protection, we strongly recommend that you return your order by insured mail and save the receipt for your records. The Dance Teacher Store is not responsible for lost return shipments.
Software products are not returnable unless damaged or defective. In case of damage or defect, the product may only be returned for a replacement copy of the same title. Items bought on sale may not be returned, and are purchased as is.
